Pastor Don Herren
Don has been the pastor at Cross Road church since May of 2007. He served as the pastor of student ministries at Country Acres Baptist Church in Wichita, KS for 9 years before moving to Scranton.
He is passionate about lifting up the name of Jesus Christ through the preaching and teaching of the Word of God. He is currently working toward the completion of a Master's degree in Christian Education at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City.
Don grew up in Oklahoma and is a graduate of Bethany College in Lindsborg, KS. Before responding to God's call to ministry he was a teacher and coach at Goddard, KS .
He enjoys playing the piano, playing with his kids, and sports of all kinds.
He is married to Michele. They have 4 children.
